Description

On North FellsBrownrigg Hall is a small, family run caravan park in a peaceful and rural location in the Lake District National Park. It overlooks Caldbeck Village and the Northern Fells, Carrock & high Pike (part of the Skiddaw Range). The Caravans are situated to take in the wonderful views. Dry stone walls & mature trees border the park.

The caravans are clean, comfortable and well equipped, each with their own parking space and wonderful fell views. For comfort in the cooler months the caravans have central heating and double glazing. They are personally supervised/cleaned by the Benns. The caravans have 2 bedrooms + room for a cot in the double bedroom.

This tranquil region of the national park is ideal for cycling, touring or relaxing – It is approximately 15 miles from Keswick, Penrith and Carlisle & 26 to Gretna (Scotland). Access to the moors is direct from the farm. The Cumbria Way (walking) and Reivers Cycle route run close by.

The area is steeped in historical and industrial heritage and perfectly located for quick access to the main Lake District centres of Ullswater, Keswick, Borrowdale, Derwentwater and Bassenthwaite, as well as Hadrian's Wall, Gretna,the Border Country and the Solway Coast, an area of outstanding natural beauty.
